Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund if eligible:

  • Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (bank transfer, credit/debit card, or mobile wallet).
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we offer free exchanges within 7 days. Contact us for assistance, and we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
