Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or special-order bikes.
- Used, damaged, or modified bikes after delivery.
- Accessories and spare parts unless they arrived defective.
